Welcome!
So you are coming to Hueco Tanks, the world renowned climbing mecca with over 2,000 boulder problems ranging from V0 to V15. With your shoes, chalk bag, bouldering guide and crash pad in tow, you're psyched! When you are considering the options for where to stay, ask yourself these questions: wouldn't it be nice to take that hot shower after a long day of climbing? Or play game of foosball with your friends while the aroma of your home cooked meal fills the house? What if you could grab a cold one from the fridge and watch the pink sunset over North Mountain from your own private patio? Now you can! Kick back and relax at Tlaloc Ranch.
I designed and built this house over the course of last three years with the generous help of dozens of dedicated climbers and builders from all over the country. This unique place is intended to be the perfect desert sanctuary for those who seek a little more luxury and amenities than are available with the typical camping options at Hueco Tanks. The property borders the State Park, immediately across from the famous Mushroom Boulder on North Mountain, and offers quiet and privacy coupled with breathtaking views.
The house includes:
- Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher
- Outdoor gas grill
- Living room with wood-burning fireplace and foosball table
- Master bedoom with king size bed and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub
- Guest bedroom with queen size bed, large screen TV with extensive DVD collection

- "Bat Cave" with single (almost double) bed
- "Bivy Ledge" with single bed
- Full wrap around porch facing North Mountain
